We provide consultancy services to schools and learning organizations to open up vibrant, responsive, and collaborative spaces where students can thrive as leaders in sustainability and regeneration, contributing positive change in their schools, communities, and beyond.
Cultivating cultures of contribution:
- Work with students to identify local sustainability and regeneration challenges, finding ways to respond, in collaboration with partners, to create the conditions for a thriving community
- Help to tell the stories student contributions in community, serving to inspire, galvanize, and narrate
- Establish a supportive network of mentors, role models, and community leaders to inspire and guide students in their community contribution efforts
- Provide students with the necessary tools and resources to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate community projects and initiatives
- Teach students essential skills such as project management, communication, and collaboration to ensure successful community engagement
- Support students to become effective advocates for sustainability and regeneration within their communities, promoting awareness and inspiration
Organizing Student Initiatives:
- Assist in the formation and development of student-led sustainability and regeneration initiatives or organizations
- Provide resources and support for students to design, plan, and execute sustainability-focused projects and campaigns
- Facilitate connections between student initiatives and (global and local) organizations, practitioners, and government agencies to create meaningful partnerships
- Organize and support student-led events, such as conferences, workshops, and competitions, that promote sustainability and regenerative practices
- Collaborate with students to develop and implement campus-wide sustainability policies and initiatives
Developing Leadership Skills:
- Design and deliver bespoke student leadership training programs focused on sustainability and regenerative practices
- Open pathways through coaching students to take on leadership roles within their sustainability and regenerative initiatives
- Develop students’ communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills through hands-on learning experiences
- Provide opportunities for students to collaborate and network with sustainability and regenerative practitioners and experts, as well as other students across the world engaged in similar work
- Enhance students’ presentation and communication skills through targeted workshops and hands-on experiences, enabling them to effectively convey their ideas, initiatives, and accomplishments to diverse audiences
